Mod exposure, ready for it?

It has made fairly apparent to me that we, in this group, are truly a niche crowd. I didn't realize it until this weekend when I decided to see what LoG looks like on ModDb (A more mainstream Mod site, covering all games). What I found was an empty, lifeless area with the last comment coming from 2011, no files, news or updates. I decided to post Hotel Hades 2 there under LoG mods to liven it up and get SOMETHING under LoGs page

What I found surprised me. 45 downloads in the first 8 hours (My mod has been available for nearly a month and I was under the impression that I had reached the crowd that was interested in the genre). More surprising were the comments I started getting immediately, like "It's good to see some modding in Grimrock!" and "Finally!, more content for this awesome game!" And I realized that I had taken for granted that the regular player doesn't hang around here at grimrock.net, and they use modDb instead of the Nexus, so are completely unaware of any of our work to this point. So, if you feel you have a finished product, and are ready to release it to the general public, go put it up on modDb (A MUCH more complex ordeal than the nexus or steam btw) and reward A: Almost Human with some mainstream exposure (write em a good review if you have time)and B: The average player that is not aware there is new content being released for them to enjoy. My mod is awful lonely right now and needs some company for the long nights spent in seclusion.
