Amazon payment problems. Please help.

At this morning I decide to preorder game from this site. I choose Amazon Paynment method. After that I got email:

We were trying to process your Legend of Grimrock order, but unfortunately your transaction was flagged for review by Amazon Payments. As a result, there may be a delay in processing your order. The specific message from Amazon was "The transaction has been flagged for manual investigation.".
Your payment should go through within 24 hours, and we will send you another email when it does (or if there is a problem). Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

But 3 hours and this game will be available via Steam! 24 hours I need to wait? It's an incredible long. What is the point of pre-order? I'd rather buy this game via Steam, because they never have problems like this. Can I cancel order?
