At this morning I decide to preorder game from this site. I choose Amazon Paynment method. After that I got email:

But 3 hours and this game will be available via Steam! 24 hours I need to wait? It's an incredible long. What is the point of pre-order? I'd rather buy this game via Steam, because they never have problems like this. Can I cancel order?

I advice you to contact them asking about the refund, like it states in the message.

All right. I just want to consult. Does it make sense to buy the game in Steam, when it becomes available there? Is it possible then to return the money for pre-order through Amazon?

Humble Bundle folks are located in the US so, depending on time zones, they might not have been awake at the time the mails were sent.
I believe you should have no troubles getting a refund.
