Hi, I had the pre-order game bought an hour before its release. I entered my email into the activation box and was told the key for the game and pre-order bonuses would be sent shortly. I still haven't received any emails back, but it seems other people who have recently purchased the pre-order before release have received an email back. Am I just being too impatient or has something gone wrong with the purchase?

I pre-ordered over a week ago and all I got was an email receipt from PayPal, no download link or Steam key. I checked my spam/junk mail for emails the day of and a few days after I ordered and find nothing.

Same here, I had mine clicked as a gift when I bought it so I got the page asking for the recipients email to get a code, but it never arrived. Maybe its something to do with paypal.

Same here, only got a Paypal receipt, nothing else since...

Has anyone who has paid with paypal through the site received their game? I don't know where I could contact the developers about this issue
