Model Scaling

Ok perhaps I did not search well, but I am stuck. I want to change the size of an enemy. IE I want to make the spider model scale smaller to allow a pair of spiders. I was thinking 25% the norml size would work. This wy I can have smaller spider groups or single spiders that are small. I am making a spider lair dungeon. I just am not sure how to change the model scale or what program to use. Anyone offer some help for me?

You'll need to use the GMT. If I am thinking correctly, you will have to scale the model and the animations.
Although.. I think Xanathar already has a smaller spider done up.

really? I looked through the GMT and didn't see it. And why would the animations need to be scaled? Am I missing something because I thought scaling the model would be enough? And I will have to search for that model. Thanks for pointing me somewhere. Hopefully I find it or at least how its done.

I would recommend asking him for it. I think the thread it was posted in has long been inactive.
You will likely need to scale animations because what normally happens if you don't is, during the animation, the model pops back out to it's original size for the duration of the frame.

It's not the GMT that is needed, it is Xanathar's AnimationResizer.

It is quite easy to use. I've got pretty much every monster redone in smaller and larger versions.

I haven't used the animation editor yet. The GMT does have some animation editing capabilities.

Well I managed to get them to scale down but now I have a new problem. The ranged spiders work when scaled down but the melee ones when scaled down cant hit the players. It keeps attacking but never gets a hit. Unscaled they hit the player but scaled down they keep missing. Any ideas?

Something about about bounding boxes? I wish I could recalled more specifically how Xanathar handled this problem. Perhaps you should ask him.
