Hello I have a problem with my font it's really hard to read

Sounds like a cleartype font issue. I don't know this for a fact but it's worth a try.
Looked around and maybe this would help
Windows 7 tut
1. Click the start button (Microsoft Logo bottom left of screen)
2. Type into the search box: appearance
3. Click on the link that appears near the top ---> Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows
4. Uncheck Smooth edges of screen fonts
Try this for Win XP -

Getting something similar too when trying to create new party, the font fix above or fiddling with settings/resolution/windowed modes didn't help:

Have either of you got forced/override settings in your graphics drivers? If so, try resetting them to default. Also, a good general fixer; are your drivers up to date?

Thanks I resetted my settings to default and all is fine now

Hah, strangely enough seemed to work for me too. Just reset all 3d stuff in Catalyst.
