Grimrock

I have tennis elbow. I just wish there was a way to attack with the keyboard. There's a LOT of clicking in this game and my arm is on FIRE... I have an epilock brace, but it's not helping for as much as I want to play. An ideal solution would be to have movement on my arrow keys and attacks with my number keys. I know this is probly out of the question but it's this or learn how to script... I have autoit but I'm not very good at it.

Thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. And thanks for taking a look at least.

autohotkey can be set up for it, and I know there were some scripts for that already made for grimrock a long time ago, somewhere around here (although I seem to recall it sounding just a bit tricky to set up, but might be worth it)

I've set up autohotkey and downloaded the script, it functions as it should! so thanks to the guys who put the time in that and made it work.

Unfortunately it gets in the way of naming map notes and save games because the keys share positions with letters. The only way I can make any changes is to keys inside the normal ascii range, which excludes a lot of other keys available to me. I understand there's ways to script those other keys but that's beyond my skill level I've put a lot of time into researching this.

So I guess I'm right back to wishing for a few extra key bindings

Maybe you could just play without descriptive names for save games or map notes.
Or maybe you could play windowed mode (but match your screen res and play borderless), and just ALT-TAB out and turn off autohotkey when you want to type stuff
