is new race / class possible ?

Just curious if somebody tried to figure out this ? I´d like to add new race / class (could use existing skills, in case of race I´d use new portraits. Is is possible now or too complicated ?

Well another thread thats been left for a while... now we have the Ranger class!!! Yipppeeeee
