Export the model as a .0bj, import it into your modelling program of choice, change the mesh, redo the UVmap, then re-import into GMT.

GMT can't be used to alter meshes (I don't think).

edit: also this would probably result in you needing to export the animations, mess with them, and re-import those too.

you need the grimrockanimationeditor if you want to change scale of your monster , so now i dont know how it work if you scale only one part

mmm... looks like a little difficult, maybe I won't change the size then...

Another question about it :

is it possible to have 2 particles systems for one monster ?

In this case, I would like to add a particle system on the 2 wings :
particleSystem = "dragonfire",
particleSystemNode = "l_wing1",

and same for the right wing.....

Yes. But conceptually you must understand that the crowern is one mesh. The game does not recognize the wings seperate from its mesh and accompanying animations instructions.

You will need to create a particle effect that moves in space together with the animation of the mesh, which will require mathematics or at least a lot of trial and error guestimation.

Look for clues on how to do this in torch.lua.

alternatively, look at goromorg.lua, which is more precisely what you are looking for. The variables need to be changed, and then the monster's lua needs to refer to that particle system.

Sorry that this isn't as in depth as I would like it to be, but short of doing it myself I wouldn't know how to tell you to do it.

yes I know how to attach a particle system to a monster, I already did it but the problem with this monster is to attach 2 particles systems.

Now I have a fire effect attached to the left wing. The fire follow the movement of the wing, good effect, but I would like to do same for the other wing... :?

I found a solution for my idea of 2 particles systems following the 2 wings :D

Easy, only attach 1 particle effect to 1 wing, but the particle effect have 2 same effect at 2 different positions and then there is illusion that there are 2 particles systems that follow the movments of the 2 wings

Scaling wings is easy in the gmt, but you're going to have to remake every animation. *easily*
I'll make the animations and host them for you

Question before I get started.
Is this too big for wings?

No Way..... I like that... its more believable that it can fly that way....
