Just finished watching the live stream. A lot of really exciting content is coming up the tube.
Anything you guys would like to talk about?

I noticed it was a little weird that the console is going for a very social media friendly style. The controller even has a share button.
But it seems a little funny how two of the release games are about how social media and always being connected is dangerous, and taking us towards some dark times.


I'm really interested in MediaMolecule's presentation, and how they were sculpting with the PSMove.

They haven't shown the actual hardware. They didn't mention hardware specs. They didn't mention a price.

I think the bigger question is if this will allow used (pre-owned is the american euphemism for this) games. This is make or break for many budget oriented gamers.

Double camera (kinect style) was announced.

But come on, Diablo 3 on a console? You'll be clicking on monsters with what?

No real excitement from me in terms of D3

They mentioned some parts of the hard ware. Unfortunately nothing specific enough for us to crunch.

If the console gaming industry keeps pushing against used games, they will fail hard. People will drop consoles out of spite and budget.
This latest thing with the online pass deals where if you buy it used, you have to pay to do online stuff is outrageous enough.
