Since their will be an iOS release, is there any chance the game will be available on the Vita?

I'd much rather have the game on the vita, but if that's not an option, PC will do just fine :)

Well reading this, this game may be actually quite succesfull in Japan, where are dungeon crawlers still made up today. Bad for them there are not enough poeple to port it to Vita and translate to japanese :)). Just some irrelevant thougts.

Hmm hasn't the vita (just like the 3ds) flopped ? I was a massive gba/ds fan .. owned both and a psp ... then we had the psp go which flopped and now the 3ds and vita .. I think handheld gaming will die out on dedicated devices ... we have our lumia's and iphone's etc who can do pretty good gaming and aren't limited to one function..

I think you have a point here.

The idea behind handhelds is to be able to play games anywhere at any time, but since more and more people are starting to have laptops and smart phones, that purpose is already fulfilled. Therefore there is no need for them, and they will die out.

Another reason is that developers aren't really interested in dedicated handheld systems anymore. The phone markets are just so much bigger and more accessible. I think handhelds will completely vanish within the next 5 years or so unless there's some serious new innovation introduced.

Just my two cents.

I don't know but when i heard last news, that in Japan have Vita every second Japanese...
So - in europe and america it's still less then in Japan, but after all is Vita still well sold - out that it is Handheld.
I know that right now it's impossible to make Grimrock on Vita, but if will be made, then it will be hit... ;)

You can't compare the Asian markets with the American or European. Nintendo has always done better over there then here. But we don't live in Japan and here it flopped.

Maybe - but if you look on statistic, then you will see that before month PS Vita have more buyers in Europe and America... A just wanna say - Vita have more chances then other devices - hardware almost same like in PS3, none of the smartphones have hardware like this and that's temptation for many players, that don't want to play stupid games like Angry Birds and other mini-games for curtailment of time (Angry Birds is good game - but seriously - who want to play it nonstop and enjoy it?!)...
