The death scream

Anybody noticed that it's the same death scream as from Gothic II?

If you really want to get annoyed by sounds that you recognize, get your hands on
sound ideas general 6000. After getting to know those sounds, you'll be annoyed whenever you watch any movie, any tv-show, or play any game. =)

Who said I was annoyed? I just noticed, and figured maybe it was some commonly used stock sound effect for European video games (As Gothic II was German)

I'd guess the sound libraries are pretty universal.
