Long time fan

As a long time D&D fan I can only salute what I see here on the pics and video! Little shame it's not an official D&D product but it's the closest to a "modern" dungeon crawler respecting it's roots we get in a very long time!
I'm eagerly awaiting this release!
Oh and a side question, in the trailer I can't help but notice the similarities to Eye of the Beholder. Are the creators fans ? I mean, the putting of gems in the eye sockets at a certain point reminds me a lot of the way to get to the end of level 3 in Eye 1... (hint: if you take them all out again after opening the 2 passageways, you get the secret quest for level 3
)
Also that secret button on the wall reminded me a lot in form and shape of the secret buttons as seen in level 11 (the mantis level) in Eye1. (or the one's on level 4/5/6)... The dagger throwing, the sidestepping, the pressure plates and pits.. I don't know, most of them are staple's of the genre, yet I can't shake the feeling the good folks who are making this have at least played Eye of the Beholder before
Just remember, puzzles are great and you don't always need to have a lever whithin 10 tiles of what it does ... part of the challenge is "figuring things out" and we don't need to be handholded all the way (as veteran dungeoneers)
