respec possible?

Is it possible to respec? I'm at level 4 and seem way underpowered because I've been sharing points amongst different abilities rather than focusing on one. The mushrooms are hammering me.
I dont think thats possible.
But anyway, that early in the game there is nearly no way you are "way underpowered" that you couldn't beat the enemies. Believe me, a lot about these fights is about Tactics, even if it doesnt look like. Try some other tricks and you will surely do it soon.
