What are the items I am supposed to use on four plagues?

Battle = Shield or weapon?
Cold = Torch? Ice bomb or fire bomb?
Disease = Potion? Some poisonous plant?
4th one ... dont remember what it was ...

Battle - A Weapon
Cold - Clothes
Disease - normal healing potion
