Cemetery - southern part

Hi!

There is a small area with a switch, and teleport on the southern part of the cemetery, but I can't get in.
I already finished the main game, just looking for unexplored parts on the map, and I found this.

Hints please ?

IIRC it's just a convenient way to exit and reenter the dungeons below. You can reach it from the dungeon itself and then open the gate from behind. Similar to what you see in other areas.
