Happy
The games is totally absorbing and atmospheric, AH have captured the mood perfectly along with some very nice lighting effects and graphics, and the sound hits the mark.

Sad
Lack of fast save. (much needed)
No gate bash on monsters. I know it's to late to do anything about this, but I would have liked it none the less.
Marks
9.9/10

I´m absolutely confident with the game and it´s design.
Only some key binding for the spell casting system would be nice. With the mouse it´s taking quite long in the heat of the battles...
My score: 9/10 !

Hey, I used to play Dungeon Master on the Atari ST, and not only was there no fast save, but every save had to be to a 3.5" floppy disk instead of a nice fast hard drive
I've seen nothing to complain about so far. Oh wait, I think it should be slightly clearer that your mage needs at least three points in a magic school to cast even the simple spells. My poor insect dude was probably sulking like mad at having to throw rocks until level 2 :p
So yeah, I'll give 9.9 as well. Loving the secrets and puzzles, and suddenly facing a group of four undead knights makes me jump as much as four mummies did back in DM!

Well so far I'm really enjoying it, gameplay and graphics are excellent, the AI makes sense to, the skeletons are easy to out manoeuvre but those vicious spiders , fast and nasty as anything! I love the sound you get when you find a secret, it just makes me feel warm and tingly all over!

The puzzles are devious, getting to some of those secrets and behind the iron doors is a awesome challenge!
Only slight minors are the lack of a quick save, (I keep pressing F5 anyhow but nothing happens!

) and some confusion on the stats required for certain builds. (No one seemes to know if Dex is actually of any use for a ranged characters damage output or not)
All in all I'm really enjoying myself, Thanks AH!
Daniel.

True but games have come a long way since then, Petri said he could add a Quick Save option pretty easily, it's just a question of priority. (Quick Save first for me!)
Interestingly on my last play through of DM I did have a quick save as I was using an emulator and yes it was programmed to F5! (F9 to quick load)
