Scroll found in Upper Temple

three step x and south from x x. Anyone know what it means? My guess is it's related to that 1 spot that clicks and under the light that turns on and off. Am I right?

There is another scroll that fills in the "x x" parts, put the two scrolls together and you have directions to where a treasure chest is buried. As for the lights....

The lights have a combination and there doesn't seem to be any notes/scrolls that explain how to do it, just trial and error (it's just the four lights in that big hallway area).
