I have a strange bug where I can't select the top item from any in-game menus with the mouse (works ok with the keyboard) I'm running on an Nvidia GTX 295 at 2650 x 1600
It was worrying for a bit since it meant I couldn't start a new game until I realised it works with the keyboard - having waited so long for this game I thought the Gods were toying with me

This known problem will reportedly be fixed in the next patch. Use the keyboard workaround in the meantime.
