How i can use Meteor -Shield for Fire Protection?
cannot use with me Mages have concentrations lev.3 Shield in Hand not i can use?
Destroy Fire-elementar?

Hold down on the shield.
It is just a fire resistance spell.

i have shield in my hand.--right mouse press no effect?

Maybe not enough energy to use it? Dont only right click... hold right button few seconds.

Read the descripton at the shield. 30 Energy.
You can kill fire elementars with all but fire. Logical or?

You need concentration 2 to use it.

In his first post he said his mage(s) have concentration level 3. So that was not the point. He doesnt know how to use the special attacks/spells from items.
