Just loaded up the game to play and went to start and got this error. Any idea on how to fix it?

Are you using version 2.1.13?
According to the developers, this bug has already been fixed in beta 2.1.11:

By just looking at the filesize of your save i can say that this file is corrupt.
LoG2 savefiles are between 1.5 and 2 MB in size. Your file is only 4 KB in size.

Yeah my game is up to date. Looks like I will just have lose 3 hours haha.
