Has anyone found where & if there is a scroll of frostbolt?

I am currently at the breathing space before the Castle Roof when I decided to head back to my stash and resupply and rearrange my secondary gear and discovered that of all the spell scrolls, I'm lacking the one for Frostbolt. Has anyone found it or is it missing?

Hi. I am not sure but somehow I remember it was placed inside water shrine (someone should confirm?)

That was the scroll for ice shield. I just went through the game very thoroughly to create a compendium of all the items and that is the only scroll I didn't find. I don't think it is even in the game, I think they wanted the player to figure it out since it is rather simple. Connect ice to earth to create the ground attack and connect ice to air to create the bolt attack.

3 pretty thorough playthroughs and I never saw it.
they also have mentioned a new spell being added with the patch unless that is it.
