torch active with dead party member

Ok this was already bug in LOG1, suprised it is not removed - dead member of party still can use torch. Or is is some kind of feature ?

You mean: they can still hold torches. Really using them would include swinging them at something.
Up to my knownledge dead people can wear and hold onto quite a lot of things. That's one of the reasons why tomb raiders exist

I think this "walking dead" phenomena seems to be intentional, the dead carry also stuff and can be injured currently. The dead are among us!

not just hold, but also use it ! Well maybe if dead member is some kind of zombie, it is possible

Holding and using something are different things. To just hold something being alive is no requirement. Otherwise dead people would immediately drop everything.

They aren't using it, the other 3 party members just letting the torch burn while strapped to his/her/it's chest, probably catching him/her/it on fire, while they drag him along by a rope tied to his/her/it's foot.
