Two questions about floor 4 (Archives)

Post by Minax »

Hey dungeon crawlers!
I have two questions about floor 4 (the archives), would be great if someone could help me out! :)

I solved the riddle with the scrolls in the main room. There is a lever inside one of the hallways that opens after you solve the riddle. I can't figure out what it's used for - I didn't hear any sound of an opening door after pushing it and nothing changed in the room itself. Did anyone figure out what it does? Thought it might be for opening the grate to level 5, but that is triggered by the scrolls.

The other thing I'm wondering is, is there a way to activate the teleporters to the four separated areas again after you complete the scroll riddle? All the teleporters went dark after that, but I didn't fully explore all the other areas and don't have a save file from earlier. :(

Hey Minax!

The answer to both your questions revolves around the same thing, the lever you are referring to actually turns on and off the teleporters to the other areas! Click that lever again and you should get your teleporters back :)
