Ice Spell Lvl 7

i know most of the spells, i would like to know what is Ice spell Lvl 7 and how to cast it. i been trying for the pass hour and half to finger it out.
It's a hard one: Life-Physical-Death-Ice.
Only helps if you've got a bow rogue too; changes their arrows to cold.
