Level 4. Get to item behind teleport

Ok so I dropped to level 4 from 3 and there were 3 pressure plates and a teleport back, if I used something on the 3 plates the celldoor opens, I can enter and teleport to some hidden area in the same room.. however behind that teleport is another item but I can't see how to get to that one (not sure what it is either)...

Do you mean that green rope likey thing? If so,
theres a switch on the wall to the right of the plates.

I missed it too at first, saw it when i fell down a pit and it was infront of me:)
