help...shrine to put 4 gems

Hi guys,
I remember seeing this shrine (where you put 4 gems) in my first run at the game....
Now I re-started a new game (new party)..
I've got 3 out of 4 elemental gems, can't find the last shrine where I can put my 4 gems to create the last elemental gem.
I remember that you go up stairs, then you are on the beach and a big Ogre is waiting for you and the shrine is right there, its the only thing you can do.
Where is that place???? please help.
