[WIP] Isle of Shalindra [ALPHA TEST 20%]

Hello dear players,
DISCLAIMER : First of all, i'm not a killer in english so I apologize in advance for the mistakes you may notice below

I'm currently working on a mod started for Grimrock 1 (never released) and now mostly redone with the Grimrock 2 editor. The main focus of this mod is exploration, riddles and (obviously) fights. For the time being I didn't use custom assets, only scripts and small things.
But as I don't want to release this mod before his total completion, you are not going to find links to download it right now. When it will be finished, I'll throw a link for a Steam Workshop version and a link for a Nexus version here. When the time comes, I would probably need some beta testers to help me balancing fights and all this kind of things.

- From the end of August to the end of September : beta-test on the way !

STORY
You were exploring some abandonned ruins when you triggered a tricky trap, and you fell unconscious. When you wake up, you were in a dark cell and all your stuff had disappeared.
Now, you have to find a way out of this prison, and more important, you must go back where you belong. But the journey is just beginning...
IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ BEFORE PLAYING)
- Due to game engine limitation and optimisation issues, you MUST play with the textures setting sets on medium. Otherwise, the game will frequently and randomly crash.
- This mod has been designed for a new party. I strongly advise against the Single-Use Crystal : it will make this mod mostly unplayable. Old-School and Ironman are optionnal.
- A wizard (or any character with a high level in Concentration) is mandatory to explore every place, but not to finish the game.
- Moreover, if you want a champion to be able to cast spells, you must rise his Concentration skill at least to 1 during his creation. If you don't, you'll have to search a spellbook on the Isle. Believe me, it's a very uncommon item !
FEATURES
- 20 outdoor areas and 23 inside areas carefully handmade for your pleasure, in an open-world fashion.
- In addition to the main quest, 13 side quests are to complete during your journey on the Isle of Shalindra.
- 14 (textual for now) treasure maps for the serial diggers.
- 12 new spells (Earth mostly, but also other elements).
- New spell casting mechanic : to cast a spell, a champion needs to have on hand a spellbook containing the scroll of the spell he wants to cast.
- All alchemy recipes have been redone to force player to experiment (or to find the recipes), and to balance Alchemy and Earth Magic (see below).
- Finding secrets and resolving riddles gives experience.
- Crates and jars can now loot items sometime.
- In some areas, wilderness life repops over time.
- New stuff added, mostly weapons & armors improved from their basic version.
TIPS
- Magic (and more specifically Earth Magic) is now a valid choice over Alchemy for the survival of your team.
- If at one time you think that you're way too low level for the fights, try to find another place to explore first : like I've said before this mod is mostly open-world.
- Healing Crystals cooldown is now 15 minutes.
