Charged Weapons

Just found my first charged weapon (Venom Edge) but neither the blue floating stones nor resting seems to recharge it. Is there a way for charging i haven't found yet or you should just keep the charges for when you need them the most?

I don't think you can recharge, or if it should be complicated. Otherwise they would be way too overpowered IMO. Could just breez through the dungeon with everyone shooting high damage spells out their finger tips. :D
