if you do a room using the mine tileset and place a door - the door doesn't fit with the walls

even worse, the mine lock just hangs in mid air

the solution seems to be to use the dungeon tileset on your Mine Level to do the door and doorlock

before I do that, is there any way to use the Mine assets to make a room with a mine door and a mine lock that actually fit together ?

you want start using support objects regarding mines. for lock use object mine_support_wall_button, for door you have several options (like mine_support wall, to some fancy mine_wooden_support etc..., you can combine together, I think you will find out
