Spawn Floor Trigger at Party location

Hi all.
I was wondering does anyone know how to spawn a floor trigger, plate at the party location and then the trigger is connected to a script eg:
The party is moving and I need to spawn a plate or floor trigger under them while moving and the plate trigger is connected to a script.
I did read this before but I cannot find the script on the forum. Anyhow thxs for anyhow help
And at monster location as well.....
