Copy-paste problem

Recently i'm having an issue if i copy-paste some items in editor.
Usually if i copy an object no problem, but when i paste it the object with number 1 disappear. If i copy-paste again i have number 1 (as it should be) and again if i copy-paste i have last number +1 but i lose number 1. If i continue doing so editor crushes.
If i place object directly, selecting it and placing with mouse click i have no problem (except i have to set them up one by one).
Anyone has encountered something like that? Anyone knows what can i do to solve it?
Btw i noticed it doesn't happen with all objects in editor, 'till now happens with castle floor 01, castle wall 03, and some catle ceiling.

yes error noticed, no response so far. I didn't noticed this numbering however, maybe it is connected to it somehow...
