[Bug] debugDraw broken on levels with water

If I'm on a level with a water surface, debugDraw on ModelComponents and LightComponents only draws to the top left quadrant of the screen, and debugDraw on SurfaceComponents and ItemConstrainBoxComponents doesn't draw at all.
It works fine on levels without water surfaces fortunately (I thought I was going to have some huge delays with a couple mods...)
