Coz pc version symbol doesn't work so I'm wondering how to cast it? My ice Mage now is 13 level

the devs said they changed the rune combination for certain spells i imagine the enchant ice arrow rune combo has changed

Ya I know that but I can't find how the rune should be arrange and can't find any information from Google so that why I'm asking here see who got the answer, I only know the poison arrow how to cast >_<

At least in the PC (and OS-X) version all the runes have specific properties, see http://www.grimrock.net/2011/10/14/magic-and-runes/

Thus the spells for enchanting arrows all follow the same simple pattern: the runes form an arrow to the left (Life, Physicality, Death), with the addition of the rune for the specific element to enchant the arrow with.

For that reason I doubt that it is possible at all to enchant arrows at all, as a new combination of runes would be "illogical" within the system of runes: there is no way of linking each of the four elements with the same set of runes, taking into account that spells now can only be created from adjacent rooms.

Maybe somebody can confirm that there scrolls for Enchant Arrow can not be found in the locations known from the PC version?

That's because enhancing arrows is not possible in the iPad version, see viewtopic.php?f=26&t=9906&start=10#p95602

Petri only states that enchantments do not vanish like in the PC/Linux/OSX version.
Enchanting arrors/bolts is still possible but as Antti stated the rune combinations were changed.

Ah, to me it appeared that Antti only answers the first part of Kaidan's question, "Did spell rune combinations change for iPad?", and does not specifically talk about enchantments.

How do you enchant arrows in the iPad version then? Do you know the combinations, or do you just know it's possible?

Solved already, been found out by my self, middle and right row except the right middle rune, 5 rune combine will be frost arrow
