oooh that looks good, your debugging is funny. There's a flash of black that interrupts it, I dunno if that's the vid or not. Other than that, it's looks perfect.

How did you handle the image at the end? Is that a part of your ending or a part of the particle system?

The black flash is the game ending and the cinematic starting, nothing to do with the fade :)

That's just the first image of the standard game ending

It works great if the party is stuck in place. If there is no risk of some other screen effect, then the other version which moves with the party will probably be more useful to people, but it's good to know of the two options. :)
